Not too long ago, I talked about the infamous PACT Act in one of my youtube videos. Little did I know how it would prevent me from getting my beloved KOIKI tobacco from Japan. I just discovered that the Japanese shop that I used to purchase from can no longer ship their tobacco products to America. Oh I cannot believe this! KOIKI is not available anywhere in the US, if I can obtain from this Japanese shop, then I can't get it anywhere else----which is ridiculous to begin with because it being the only shop in Japan that accepts oversea order. KOIKI is a foreign tobacco, it has nothing to do with whatever the PACT Act is designed to achieve. Is there a way to get around this? Oh god, this bad news is too much to bear...

Children often do stupid things, but the lack of intelligence displayed by this boy is truly beyond the pale. The idiot probably thought getting hit by a scooter wouldn't hurt a bit. Perhaps he thought I might lose control in trying to avoid him and injure myself as a result. If I dared to attempt what he did as a child, even if I didn't break a bone by the approaching vehicle, my mother would definitely finish the job.
